So. I am currently playing a (a) roaming-ranger-with-beasterling and a (b) DH-with-uruk-trackers deck. Both decks take wounding approach for freeps, and deck (b) uses Aragorn (not gimli). Both decks tend to have problems against elven forearmed telepathy-with-beseigers.
Is this to be expected for such "wounding-approach"decks? Or am I playing them wrong? - More generally, what are the weaknesses with elven forearmed telepathy? Any specifics, or do I need to post the decks before you can give advice?
My main problem seems to be dealing with my opponents free peoples. But advice on how to deal with shadow is also appreciated.

He is using Galadriel LR? If not, what other condition removal does he uses?
-
Yes, he uses Galadriel LR. ...quite effectively too. No other removal seems needed.

Then I guess that Beasterlings would be very hard to play, considering that he may discard your Raider Bows and overwhelm your guys. Perhaps you can focus more on adding burdens, try to reach 5 and use Ulaire Enquea to kill Galadriel. Otherwise, you will have to splash some Sauron minions (perhaps Gorgoroth Stormer or Gate Trooper) and Terrible As The Dawn.
How does he make his forearmed combo work, with Gandalf or with other cards?
-
Nah, he uses Gandalf. The deck is played with beseigers, so that leaves him with a good range of expensive cards to place on top of the drawdeck.
I see what you mean by playing more burdenadding, and I've thought about it myself. But then it seems like I am shifting focus - in which case that sort of leads back to my previous question: are beasterlings and uruk-trackers intrinsically "bad" (read; have greater difficulty than other decks) against elven telepathy?
What are the best countermessures/deck-types to play against elven telepathy?
-
"What are the best countermessures/deck-types to play against elven telepathy?"
Everything that is not skirmish focused. Corruption, Wounding, and Discard (might even annoy his telepathy). And because he has LR, you need to consider something that can be played against her.
Perhaps Uruk Sword could annoy his telepathy, but I doubt it.

I would go with uruk archery or morgul orcs

I tried a couple of quick games playing isengard orcs. Granted they proved useless if the match went on to late game. Worked surprisingly well early and middle game though (Then came gilgalad...). Thanks for the help!
