Has anybody done it yet? For reference, the complete set of all unique Lord of the Rings cards would be:
Complete sets 1-19 (including both foil and nonfoil sets for 1-8, 10, and RF and Masterworks for sets 11-13, 15-18)
P series promos (1-129, including unique variations (Arwen Kiss variation for 0P79, or the non-foil versions of some early promos for example))
D series promos (1-14)
TF series promos (12TF1-4, 13TF1-5, 9 total)
3 Tournament Schedules (2003, 2004, 2004-2007)
Tengwar sets (FOTR, TT, ROTK, WOTR, and the unique Anduril, Flame of the West (T), and Sting, Baggins Heirloom (T))
All oversized cards
Blank Card
Color Test Print Card
Although, those last two don't really count. I'm also not counting foreign languages, as, say a complete foil set of FOTR in chinese is just impossible to get. The way I see it, the TFs would probably be the hardest to get out of all of those. But I am curious if anyone is going for the complete set of all cards. If you are, how close are you?

The TF foils are 9 cards each in German, French and Italian, so 27 cards in total. Apart from missing one French and 4 German TF foils, I have a complete collection.

You lucky dog. Since the TF foils are all the same, regardless of the language, I figure having any single language set counts.

Arwen Kiss variation for 0P79
Never heard of this! Pics?

I don't know the story behind it, only that it exists.

I'm close-
I only have a few of the TF's and don't have a Kiss Variant (didn't really consider it a unique card). I don't have the non-printed 0D 9-12 cards but I have them on an uncut sheet.
I have most of the BOHD variants as well.

Can someone explain to me the "kiss variant" I don't seem to be able to find a difference.

Whether intentional or not, if you look at where it says "Shadows Release"
you will see what appears to be a red lipstick imprint resembling a kiss. :)
