Title: New Dog
Post by: Gate Troll on September 23, 2008, 02:28:17 PM
My family got a new dog on Saturday. He is a two month old field-bred English Springer Spaniel named Pete and he is a very high-energy dog so it was hard getting him to sit still. I managed though.  Here is the breeder's picture of the litter, he is in the top two pictures (the ones marked 1M). http://smythwicks.org/puppypics.html (http://smythwicks.org/puppypics.html)

We got a new cat. And I found out I have cat allergies. Sweet dog, mine's cooler (Golden Retriever, purebred, and a puppy all rolled into one).

I prefer mutts.

Lol GT Pete is a great name for a dog.  People names can be hilarious when given to pets.  Hank, Marvin  XD
Oh and Cat allergies suck.  :wuh?:

Man, that's a cool dog.  He should calm down a bit over time, but you never know.  I have two Rat Terriers and the female is just high energy and destructive.  She suffers from seperation anxiety when we are gone and tears up everything she gets her teeth into. She is like a 14lb termite. :) She is a joy to own and compliments the other dog, which is laid-back, very well.

GT can't see that web page...I get a server 500 error.

Anyhow I'm not particularly fond of dogs, especially those that shed all over, have huge bodies, smelly breath, and that constantly slobber.  Any other dogs are OK.

NB I'm sorry to hear that you're allergic to cats...such an amazing species, those animals.
