hi, i have been considering trying something new, and the roaming sauron orcs of sight ten seem pretty cool. Comboing them with uruks can give you damage+2 fierce fighters-which seems sweet. I was thinking something like this:
4 Advance Scout (10U78)
4 Advance Regular (10C77)
4 Advance Marauder (10C76)
4 Advance Captain (10R75)
4 Cirith Ungol Sentry (10C84)
2 Flames Within (10C85)
2 Grond, Hammer of the Underworld
2 Rank and File (10U96)
2 Shagrat, Captain of Cirith Ungol (10R99)
1 Ithil Stone
2 Cirith Ungol Patroller (10U82)
2 Cirith Ungol Guard (10C81)
2 Cirith Ungol Sentinel (10U83)
I am however worried that my sauron orcs may get sniped too easily-does Sauron have any reliable wound prevention(not used to the culture so couldn't find any).
Also are there any other obvious changes/improvements to be added?

Don't forget the Troll of Cirith Gorgor. And you can't go wrong with some of the earlier sets' big Orcs, like Morgul Hunter, Tower Assassin and Band of the Eye.
The best wound prevention you can hope for is the Gorgoroth Servitor, if you're sticking to pure Sauron.

Broad-bladed Sword works fine with Uruks.

Shadow Draw Deck:
3x Advance Captain
4x Advance Marauder
3x Advance Regular
3x Advance Scout
4x Cirith Ungol Sentinel
3x Cirith Ungol Sentry
2x Gate Sentry
1x Orc Assault Band
2x Shagrat, Captain of Cirith Ungol
3x Troll of Cirith Gorgor
2x Grond, Hammer of the Underworld
1x Ithil Stone
2x Flames Within
2x Rank and File
This is my current build

There's always Gollum + Sweeter Meats, if you want to splash.

If you can't afford/don't like the Gronds (They got bad synergy with rank and file) you should play Ruinous Hail
