I bought some cards via paypal, for like $40. I know that from Australia to USA it take some time to ship, but 3 month is to much.
Never herd back from him!
And with paypal it mitgh be to late to start a claim (I have to call them again to see what we can do)
So never trade with him never!

Update, he send me an email saying blablabla I will send the cards blablabla and I will reimburse you.... I told him that I just want the cards and if he want he can give me the money too, but so far nothing....
