Hey!
I've played some games recently with my Orc Lurkers deck. The thing is, I can't really protect my conditions. Almost each time there is Gandalf with Deep in Thoughts or Grown Suddenly Tall and my entire support area goes... Is there any card that can help me? I know about Orcish Smith, but he is X-Listed (no idea why).

Nope. Final Account perhaps. I find that any deck that is reliant on conditions (except perhaps Gollum thanks to Deceit) must have a back up in case they get discarded.

Final Account is x'ed, too.

Check out this link and you will see why orkish smith was banned (this may not be the only reason, but it is reason enough).
Basically, conditions will be discarded. That is why you a. Always run multiple copies of your conditions, and b. have a solid back up plan for when your conditions get discarded.

The problem is, I can't rely on getting my hand set up. Also, it denies me usage of cards like Orcish Camp and Forced March. Is there even a card that lets me replay them from discard pile? Or maybe a Dwarven combo? I've thought about Preparations + Rest by Blind Night.

Thank GOD (any god and/or equivalent higher being anyone thinks is awsome) smith is banned. Lurkers and troll are already broken beyond extend. Now people want protection for their conditions too? Anything else?
-
Yea, fries please. I'm against banning cards while you can just put them on R-list. Then, if there is no super tactic that can be pulled of with just one in deck like Fruit Loops. you are ready to go. Smith could be pulled out only once per turn, even with Goblin Hordes/Troll. And for everybody who is like "1 condition back per site? OP!" I'd like to remind that 3/4 of deck nowadays has Pallando, who can discard up to 2 conditions per site only by himself, not counting all the Deep in Thoughts. 4x per site would be broken, but ban like that is overkill.

It says enough that the Smith is banned even in expanded.
