Title: Are draft packs really worth it?
Post by: radiophoninc on September 22, 2013, 03:52:33 PM
So I am able to buy a the fellowship draft pack box for $33 (canadian).
I'm just wondering what's in them and are they pre-selected?
Do the cards vary from all three sets?
And how many uncommons, commons and rares per pack?
Any foils?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

I don't have the numbers for you, but in general, they're only worth it if you're planning to do a draft.  The point is to make sure you have enough companions/minions to make a deck.  They are not worthwhile for collection-building.

They are a few different fixed options in it (minionwise and fellowshipwise), as well as I random rare iirc.

I would say they are worth it if your physical lotr collection is small and you are trying to flesh it out. Booster boxes are always better.
