Thanks, Carl333! Added Theoden! But Eowyn, RW doesn't combo with other cultures. She only adds [Rohan] tokens.

Mortal Men also ... and I think in general, cards that exert/wound minions prio skirmish (or in skirmish, for that matter) have good sinergy with rohan. Cards like Shadowplay, Aragorn's Bow, Unheeded, Greenleaf ... stuff like that.

Good one, Pepi! Already edited main post.

You're right about exerting being a good Rohan sinergy, but I wanted to add juse those cards with direct connection, despite the deck strategy.

Lets see some decks that can take advantage of some of this! :)

Armor can go on any Man, whether in [Gondor] , [Rohan] or [Gandalf] culture.

I once saw a deck that focused around assigning the strongest minions to Sam, Bearer of Great Need, using the Rohan/Ring-bearer cards from Rise of Saruman, then flipping the skirmish to Frodo, Frenzied Fighter and cancel with Hobbit Stealth or Hobbit Intuition.

That cant be possible.  Hobbit Stealth and Hobbit Intuition both only cancel skirmishes in fellowship block.
