Title: Time Stop

I'm thinking this could be a great SB card for locking down D-storm.

Will playing this card force your opponent to mana burn? If so, once they hit 8 mana, you can interrupt and slap down Time Stop to make them eat 8 and slice off their storm count. :twisted:

It won't, becuase the card specifically mentions emptying their manapool. It WILL stop the combo, though, but then again, so will Trickbind or Stifle. Or that new white creature that prevents you from playing more than one non-artifact spell a turn. Or Rule of Law.
