I'm looking to find if there is a card builder for LOTR TCG that has the ability to type in the card text and lore, as well as the title and stats. It should also have card templates for cultures, then possessions, conditions, followers, events, companions and minions templates within each culture. If I can't find that, I want to find some way of getting the font they use with the cards. I'd appreciate any help here.

I believe it's possible to do so in lackey, or at least Kralik mentioned something about it. I'm actually looking forward to be able to play with DCs.

Ah, OK. I can see why GT brought this up on the Lackey thread.
You can certainly add the text for your own cards, but you'd have to generate your own pictures, which is legally disputable for the time being. Let me know if you want help playing with DC's. I haven't had much time to work on the Lackey plugin (last updated in February...), but if people want to start using it I can facilitate dream cards sets quite easily. For making your own pictures, you'd probably want to play with the GIMP/Photoshop.

Every part of the card data is editable, so yes, it's quite possible. The card data is just a spreadsheet, so you can fill in whatever you want under the Culture column instead of Gondor/Rohan/Orc/etc.
