Post by: Floydor on May 24, 2015, 11:44:20 AM
when phial of galadriel removes gametexts, so such thingy as Warg Rider (Southron) and warg or mumak have restricitions, who can bear them...isnt that requested thingy removed by phial...so mumak or warg should be discarded....?

Nope. The mount stays on the bearer, even if that bearer no longer has the keyword.

You only check eligibility requirements when playing a card. Once the mount is in play, it doesn't matter if the bearer loses their keyword. However you could't play events on a Southron/Warg-rider if they lost their keyword already.

An easy way to prove this is to look at Relentless Warg. If you put it on an Orc who has exactly 10 strength, it will become strength 12 when it has the Warg. You obviously wouldn't discard the mount in that scenario, so you likewise wouldn't discard a Mumak that is borne by someone who is no longer a Southron.
