If you are still interested in playing LOTR TCG, Come to DragonCon 2015, held Labor Day weekend every year in Atlanta, GA.
Last year (2014) we tried Towers Sealed Deck, and 12 players had a blast! (Twice!)
This year 2015, we have scheduled 4, yes 4 Cube Draft events. Come play and have some fun!
The Card gaming area at Dragon Con is in the Hilton Galleria level (lower level).
