Title: Rapid Reload?

Do cards like rapid reload stack? Example: if you have 2 rapid reloads out, and you just remove 3 twilight to exert someone, does the exertion work twice for the price of just 3 shadow?

Phase actions are once per time that you pay the cost.

Orc Bowmen is not a phase action, so you can have four in play for four archery. On the other hand, if you have two copies of Trust Me As You Once Did, you could exert Gandalf twice (once per copy) for a maximum of +6 strength.
