Orophin is of course an Archer, but he also has an Archery game text: Exert Orophin to wound an Uruk-hai. My question is if we bring him into archery and skirmishes rather through cards like Swan-Ship of the Galadhrim or Horn of Boromir can he simply just add to the fellowship archery total in general without having to use his Archery: Game text?
I guess I could also ask can he add 1 to the archery total and still use his Archery: Game text too? Reason I ask that is because usually if an Archery game text is use, you also get the text does not add to the fellowship archery total. Since it does not say that last part can I do both?

Upon reading I would have to say yes to both questions. He does add 1 to the fellowship archery total because he is an archer, and because it does NOT specifically say Does not add to the fellowship archery total upon using his game text you can in fact use his game text.

Yes, if at his Home site or allowed to participate in archery fire

Yes, if at his Home site or allowed to participate in archery fire
Another Question could be: Can he use his Archery special Ability if not participating in archery fire or not at his home
