Title: Boromir & Armor

If Boromir Bearer of Council (9R+31) has Armor (1C92), does he only take kne wound at the start of the skirmish?

Since wounds are placed one at a time, would the armor prevent the second wound?

Actually, it's even worse. If Boromir, Bearer of Council is bearing Armor, he must choose to add 3 burdens at the start of his skirmish, as you cannot satisfy the conditions of placing 2 wounds.
