Title: 9 Companion Starting Fellowship

I am aware that with any Frodo as your ring-bearer, Faramir, Captain of Gondor can start you with 9 companions, but I was wondering if there were any other ways to do it. I've tried using Merry, ItBoH and Pippin, ItBoH with Quickbeam (Bregalad or HoAE), Fladrif, and Ent Horde or Host of Fangorn, but I'm not sure if it's possible. Anyone else have any ideas on how to start with 9 companions?

Option One:
(0) Ringbearer--could be Frodo or you could use an ARB like Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms or Boromir, Bearer of Council
[3] Faramir, Captain of Gondor
(0) Aragorn, Strider
(0) Madril, Defender of Osgiliath
[1] Halbarad, Ranger of the North
(0) Ranger of the White Tree x4 or Gondorian Prowler x4

Option Two:
(0) Ringbearer
[1] Merry, In the Bloom of Health
[1] Pippin, In the Bloom of Health
[1] Farmer Maggot, Hobbit of the Marish
(0) Quickbeam, Bregalad
[1] Skinbark, Fladrif
(0) Host of Fangorn
(0) Ent Horde
(0) Smeagol

Of course, you miss out on Gandalf with this kind of run unless you have some gimmicks like discarding Smeagol.
