OK, to go along with something I read one the boards elsewhere I will stay this is just a FUN deck. The freeps had very little though put into it so comments on it will be slightly overlooked because I just made it to somewhat survive and help the shadow set up faster (hopefully) . Here we go:

looks like that some guys wanna have fun with the sting of shelob... makes me think of taking back my wise guide \:D/
a few words to the shadow:
:lol: i see you added the corsairs. i think that makes the shadow site much better against bigger fellowships, because you wont kill a grimberon, thorongil, gandi, baumbart & co just with gollum, shelob and her sting.
but why do you use a completely different strategy? you don't focus on the sting anymore... it's swarm now, isn't it?!

Well not really a swarm, just corsair have the best way to get tokens on Corsair War Galley. With War Galley and enough Tokens piled up on [raider] cards you can easily discard it and get the twilight needed to play Sting of Shelob. That and Corsair have good side strategies like possession discard and such. I was thinking of replacing Ships of Great Draught with Black Sails of Umbar to set up a small swarm later after a few Sting of Shelob have killed a few companions and replacing Corsair Buccaneer with Corsair Freebooter to get those [raider] posessions out quicker. Corsairs just all around seemed more effective than the [men] strategy I posted earlier :up:.

Yeah I think you're right about the corsairs. I don't think you should be going for Shadow initiative though: surely you'll want to discard your Ships of Great Draught not keep them around? I would have at least 1 copy of Gollum in your deck which has an ability. Dunno which one...
