Title: Orkish veteran, first ability?? sense??

can anybody explain me the sense of the first ability of the orkish veteran?? It makes no sense, there is only one ORC token condition and that is more than lame and has nothing to do with wargs! Is it again one of deciphers best ideas and it's rush in creating the cards?
