Title: ring of rancor, ire, ect

in the response action, it says if a player reconciles, return bearer to owners hand. so if in the regroup phase, before the fellowship decides whether to move or not, the shadow player reconciles. will you take the bearer of the ring back into hand after reconciling, thus having 9 cards in hand?

Yes, you have 9 cards in hand if you use the response action
