Prized Lagan
This is probably my most favorite deck. It couples awesomely well with swams of any kind. My favorite shadow to couple it with is a moria swarm. I try not to use more than 2 cards on an unbound comp, (grima protection) but if you want, you can swap out strength in my blood for chainmail... oh yes, no overwhelming aragorn... take that sauron! Anyways, enjoy

you need more RB protection, like PATHS or maybe change to Weary From The Joruney, also, prized lagan would be nice to prevent minions from being fierce, combo with NFFATROD to prevent 2 minions per site from being fierce.

yes, prized lagan. i was writing the deck out based on memory, PL was the card I forgot. The ring is for RB protection. I use little master to prevent cards from being discarded from my hand and draw deck. I used to use weary from the journey. An excellent choice, but I switched to LM so I could use strength in my blood on the RB. From my personal experiences, banner of the white tree (which would make gorn def +2) has always been enough. i guess I don't play against swarms very often. de todos modos, thanks for the advice.

good stuff. i've played this..and only return to its master can beat it...and possibly lots of damage +1 guys and/or archery....

yeah, direct wounding is brutal against decks like this.

Might of Numenor is a nice healing card choice, maybe wound prevention would be useful too (Sapling of the White Tree, Nice Imitation). I'd recommend Spirit of the White Tree to block skirmish events like Black Gate Sentry's direct wounding.

I play a ranger deck (FotR) that relies on Aragorn and Arwen, and have found that he works well when I combo Coat of Mail with Valiant Man of the West (big fan of this one). That way, if I know he's going to lose a def+1/def+2 battle, he never takes more than one wound. This is really handy against dmg+ minions (especially fierce ones).
