Title: Rohan Marshall's Javelins of Doom
Post by: GarrisonofGondor on May 10, 2010, 09:11:32 AM
 Starting Fellowship:
Frodo, Resolute Hobbit w/ The Great Ring
 Eomer, Third Marshal of Riddermark
 Eowyn, Restless Warrior

 Fellowship:
Theodred, Second Marshal of the Mark
 Elfhelm, Marshal of Rohan
 Grimbold, Marshal of Rohan
 Eowyn's Sword, Dernhelm's Blade
 3x Rider's Spear
 4x Riddermark Javelin
 2x Rohirrim Shield
 Brego
 2x Swift Steed
 2x For the Mark
 Precise Attack
 4x Rally Cry
 2x Strong Arms
 2x Cleaving a Path
 2x Freely Across Our Land
 2x Sword Rack

 Minions:
 2x Legion of Harad
 2x Brutal Easterling
 3x Armored Easterling
 4x Covetous Easterling
 2x Easterling Banner-bearer
 2x Column of Easterlings
 4x Rampaging Easterling
 2x Pavise
 2x Gathering Strength
 Lying in Wait
 3x Goaded to War
 4x Caravan From the South
 4x Stragglers
 2x Last Days

So its practically a normal Rohan archery deck just using all marshal companions (except Eowyn)
If anyone is going to suggest I shouldn't use For the Mark, forget it. How else am I supposed to get rid of Pavise? And no, I am not going to use Gambling Santa Clause.

SOMEBODY HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE A DECENT STRAGGLERS DECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Comments to make it better?

I would be tempted to run Gandalf, LoM and Eowyn, RW starting, burn Eowyn with SftF and pull some Simblemyne and filter out like mad.

That's a good idea TJ, but nah. I only want to use 2 cultures, not three. And Saved from the Fire is both hard to find and pull. AND if I kill Eowyn, I can't use the Dernhelm's Blade + Rohirrim Scout combo.

What was the purpose of Rohirrim Scout back in the TTT Block? I cant see how that ability would have helped you back then....???

Replay Brego? Although there are easier ways to heal.

Maybe you draw a better Weapon for a comp and there's no way to transfer the original one, then you could maybe use that card... ;)

I actually changed it before you suggested anything, but your suggestion did finalize the last couple of cards I was adding  ;)
