Okay, My biggest question.
When Sam, Great Elf Warrior Says. Sam is Strength +1 for Each [Shire] Companion you can sopt.
Does that mesn he can spot, because it says YOU not Sam?
Plese Explain.
-
It's always the player doing the spotting. You're required to spot Sam ("can spot"), and he does get a strength +1 bonus from himself.
-
Yaaaaaaaaaaa. Now my other question is... When it says other, That means you can't spot the card that says that right?
-
What was that scream? And that's correct, if Sam had said "for each other [Shire] companion you can spot," he wouldn't be included in the bonus.
-
Does that mesn he can spot, because it says YOU not Sam?
Plese Explain.
He can only spot a maximum of 2 hobbits, the ones next to him in the fellowship. Because he's so flat he can't see over the other card to spot the rest.
-
Hmm that seems like spam to me
-
and if he was in the last position? he could spot only one.
-
Clearly the best recourse is to array the fellowship around him. (If your opponent asks, just say you're keeping him safe in the middle of the herd.)
-
You can use a card holder to have him upright at the end then he can see them all.
And if you put a mirror at the other end, he can see everyone twice!!
-
Or hit him on the head, give him a few drinks...that will solve the double spotting as well
-
Wow this is a lot of spam. I think it should end here so I dont have to dead pile this
-
Bad mod. Quite ruining all our fun. Don't dead pile it, Council of Cobra it!
Do the two mirrors on opposite sides thing. That way, he can spot infinite hobbits!
