Does anyone have any second edition/errata cards from the BOHD or foils from the same set?

Reprints: I have 1x each of all the commons, most of the uncommons, and Sharku, Warg-Captain to trade

Errata: I have 3 copies of Sam NSH to trade

Foils: I can't help you there

What are second edition/errata cards?

Errata cards are cards that were reprinted with a change from the original.  In some cases, this is to correct a typo in the original, but more often it's a change to the mechanics of the card (e.g. the original card was too powerful, so they rein it back in with errata).

The first print run of each set had a small circled 1 in the lower right-hand corner of the card, next to the rarity.  If they made another print run of a set, they took out the 1.  That's what Shaun means by "second edition", but second printing is more accurate.

Have any examples of this? I have never seen one of these cards.

Sure, here's a pic.  (edit: I see that the photo is rotated in the post.  My description assumes that you're looking at the picture right-side up, so rotated 90 degrees from how it's showing in the post.)

The cards on the left are from the first printing, which is why they have the circled "1" next to the copyright info below the rarity.

The top-right card is a reprint, which is why it doesn't have the "1".

The bottom-right card is an errata, which is why it has a "A" next to the copyright info, designating that it was the first change to the text.  If they had to errata the same card a second time, it got a "B" and so on, so you could always tell which version of the card was the latest.

Thanks so much! Do they have these versions for every card in existence or only a select few?

Only a select few cards received errata.

Reprints varied based on how well each set sold.  If it sold better than expected, that would cause an additional print run.  Also, if a card was needed for a deck later in the same block, they would reprint it with that deck (for instance, BoHD's Eowyn deck uses Rider's Mount and Rider's Spear: both of those cards were reprints of TT cards).

From what I've seen,
Sets where all cards were reprinted: 5
Sets where most cards were reprinted: 1
Sets where few cards were reprinted: 2, 3, 4, 7
Sets where no cards were reprinted: 6, 8+
