This is a deck I made long ago. I simply loved it, for a simpel reason: when not facing nasty cards such as Saruman's Power, you will do just fine. The fellowship is strong. Sam gets strength 9 and needs to be trippled, Frodo gets strength 11, and Smeagol has multiple tricks. He can exhaust and kill, he can get strong due to Sting, BH and he is cool with all the burden adding/removing there is.

The shadow can be a pain. A lot of burdens, and they just keep coming. Make sure you go second, for the sites are truely helpful. 5 is nice, beacuse very little people want to discard their hand, and 8 is golden as well. Site 9 is cool to have an Enqeua at hands, so if you need more burdens.

Nice deck you have here, but i must say to you that Shire Countryside is... (yeah, i still think that). Speaking seriously i don´t know either if that 0P60 is tournament legal (let me know if you already check it).

Outside this i like the freeps, maybe they have some problems to double move, but i´m sure you can make your shadow deadly or at least with great "stoping power" (see bellow).

For the shadow i suggest you you to drop the only Easterling Footman you have cause it´s very likely that he shows up when his hability are already useless. Swicht him for  Surging Up and maybe add more copies of it (if your corruption isn´t going well at least you can stop your opponent from running and have a chance with you fellows. If him/het choose to move again anyway...well...put those burdens at good use!  ;)

Sorry, this deck isn't Movie Block legal because of Mithril-coat, Dwarf-mail.

Tom Bombadil often works best if you get him early, which is why it might be good to put in a second copy. If you want to use the Smeagol, always helps, Don't look at them, and Never combo it might help to increase the deck size a little and add in more things to play Smeagol from your discard pile. Maybe replace one copy of Shire Countryside with another You Must Help Us?

why? Frodo is there to play him, sure, at the cost of two burdens, but I can manage those...
