Anti-Hobbit minion. Although the ability is expensive, it is also versatile; it can target both companions and allies and can use up any extra or manuever based twilight. !Morgul Skirmisher can soften up targets for Tower Assassin or Hate, zap Bounders before they can be used or drain Friend to Sam's vitality. He can also disable A Promise by targeting Sam, or Everyone Knows by focusing Merry or Pippin.
