= Movie Block =

Not technically a "block" format, Movie Block refers to the Standard format as it existed immediately before the release of Shadows in November 2004. It allowed all sets 1-10 (all of the sets available at that time) and used the[[King Block]] site path. Ring-bearer skirmishes cannot be cancelled in Movie Block.

Movie Block remains one of the most popular formats in the game, as it is the largest format that does not allow the new site path or shadow cultures introduced with Shadows. Decklists can be found at[[http://lotrtcgwiki.com/forums/index.php/board,26.0.html|this subforum]] of the Last Homely House.
