| − | !Dunlending Madman is an inexpensive minion whose low strength makes him quick work for the Fellowship's main fighters, but when combined with threatening minions such as Hillman Tribe or Dunlending Pillager the Free Peoples is often forced to assign him to support characters who have no hopes of winning. With the boost to 9 strength in the fierce skirmish, he can now appropriately challenge the stronger companions and, perhaps with a little help from Burn Every Village or spare vitality from Saruman, Rabble-rouser, put two wounds on the fellowship at minimal cost.
