| − | Weathertop's ability looks very strong at first glance, but it's important to remember that a large number of Nazgul are innately fierce, and there are several versions of site 2 that are beneficial to Nazgul, so picking the best one is a difficult choice. Weathertop is best for Twilight Nazgul, since none of these are inherently fierce save Ulaire Nelya, RiT (Only then with burdens or RB wounds). The Witch King, Lord of the Nazgul in particular benefits a lot from this site. There are also several non-twilight Nazgul who are not fierce, these are Ulaire Otsea, LoM; Ulaire Lemenya, LoM and Ulaire Nertea, MoDG. However these Nazgul are quite weak, so making them fierce isn't necessarily a large benefit for them. This site also has a relatively high shadow number.
