War of the Ring Block

War of the Ring Block is the last official block format and consists of Shadows, Black Rider, and Bloodlines. Ring-bearer skirmishes cannot be cancelled in War of the Ring Block. Decklists for can be found at [[1]] of the Last Homely House.

Restricted list

There are two restricted cards in War of the Ring Block: Orkish Smith and Strange-looking Men. Only one copy of each of these cards can be played in a deck.
