General Strategy

At 12 strength and 3 vitality for just 4 twilight, Band of the Eye boasts superb stats for a non-unique minion, and easily surpasses most other minions until much later sets. It is often used by mill decks because of its game text, which is very effective when there is a lot of twilight. It is a fairly versatile minion however, and can also be used for beatdown or even corruption decks (with Enduring Evil).
