General Strategy

While Uruk Defender's ability is useful in principle, it is hindered by the fact that the Free Peoples player can simply do his skirmish first (Since the Lurker keyword was not created until much later on). Having defeated this uruk in a skirmish (Or exerted him via a mount), he will be unable to pump another uruk, and cannot use his ability to save himself. This can be prevented by playing multiple copies of him, playing him in conjunction with Uruk Rear Guard, using strength pumps and other support cards or by discarding mounts via Uruk Spear.
