Phases

Play is moved forward in a fixed sequence of phases, each alternating between giving all players an opportunity to make an action.

The Turn Sequence: 

 - Fellowship
 - Shadow
 - Maneuver
 - Archery
 - Assignment
 - Skirmish
 - Regroup
