General Strategy
Ultimately, the largest [sauron] minion in Fellowship Block. Morgul Hunter will always have at least strength 10, and usually about 13 of 14, or even higher against large fellowships. Morgul Hunter also has high vitality and thus can be good at exerting to play various [Sauron] support cards. He is expensive however, and is particularly weak against choke from small fellowships.
