General Strategy
Cheap Tracker to use with Under the Watching Eye or Tol Brandir. Strong versus decks with Hobbit support (Merry, Friend to Sam; Sam, Son of Hamfast) since Frodo can always be spotted (prior to Reflections). Can be played in multiples to harass multiple hobbits. Mostly obsolete after the release of The Return of the King's Initiative based Trackers.
