General Strategy
If the best defense against a swarm strategy is having a strong Ring-Bearer, Power According to His Stature is the second best. With the ability to wound every minion skirmishing the Ring-Bearer for a burden, Power According to His Stature is a powerful "last defense" against single-vitality minions or even the strongest, exhausted minion.
Power According to His Stature is also a boon in directed wounding decks, where Slaked Thirsts, Quick As May Be, Legolas, Greenleaf, and Aragorn's Bow target as many minions as possible, with the effective skirmish event cleaning up any remaining minions. Additionally, Power According to His Stature works with any ring-bearer, including Sam or the Alternate Ring-Bearers of the Reflections expansion and beyond.
Power According to His Stature is not a foolproof killing design, as wound prevention cards such as Goblin Armory or Hides can protect minions against the Ring-Bearer. That said, two copies of Power According to His Stature in hand at site 9 nearly guarantees a win against most [Moria] deck designs.
