I have 3 Hunters starter boxes and 6 RoS Starter decks coming in over the next couple of days, along with an Expanded Middle Earth draft box and an Ages End case. (although we know what's in that)

For this game I've mostly been buying singles directly, and no packs after RotK. Pulled a few "power" rares, at least for their time (Friend of the Shirefolk, anyone?), but to this day my favorite is the humble Goblin Runner foil.

I was pretty psyched recently when I opened a Bloodlines box that contained all 3

Wizard followers plus Pallando masterworks. That was pretty cool.

But a while back I opened a Reflections box and got 3 darn Smeagol, Bearer of Great Secrets!

I didn't even want 1!

Its one of the best cards from RoS, and so no one wants to get rid of it. This is the first auction I have seen in over 18 months

Thank you kindly. I just checked ebay for completed listings of hunters block cards and I was simply amazed how much some of these cards are worth. The Aragorn went for nearly $40. That is absolutely crazy...Since I have hardly any experience playing those cards I think I should experiment with them for a while. Already had a couple of trade requests...many thanks for your interest, though.

I would trade GENEROUSLY for additional cards from Hunters and Rise of Saruman :-) (As if you haven't heard that one before...

I bought 2 cases of Hunters Starters for the rares and the last starter opened had the best:
15R1 Ring of Doom
15R72 Bill Ferny
15R193 Mount Doom

I also collected 2 other Mount Doom, another Ring, 3 Mumak Commander GAtS, Aragorn's Bow, 2 Ugluk plus many others. Not too bad I thought. Bad that foils are not included in starter decks.
