I know - use Bilbo’s Pipe to shuffle tales into your draw deck, which shuffles your entire deck.

I dunno... could be useful with like a 9-hunter fellowship, to add tons of tokens onto a condition, and then use The Fortunes of Balin’s Folk for massive wounding.

He could be interesting in a Pipe deck... play the Pipe with is first ability, and add tokens to some of the multi-cultural token conditions from SoG (Not the First Halfling, Shake Off the Shadow, etc...
