Yep, nice. Although this Eomer wouldn’t see much use, since you can use Gamling, Defender of the Hornburg to grab your weapons and use a stronger version of Eomer.

Bib is correct.
However, if Pippin is discarded during another companion’s skirmish, the minion who was assigned to Pip doesn’t win a skirmish, since his skirmish never started.
