Foil Premiums are the 121st foil card on a common 11x11 sheet, IIRC. That makes them half as common as a normal common foil.
I may be wrong though.

I would switch New Strength Came Now to Wind That Sped Ships. It’s cheaper, can give the same amount of strength, and is re-usable.
