I think it’s awesome that Cobra is selling sleeves now. My only problem is that there isn’t a picture - I’d like to know if these sleeves are the same kind that I’m already using.

Yes, he is strength +4 for each wound on him. So, when he has 2 wounds, he is 18 strength.
