Here’s how they work IIRC.

Do them in this order:

1: Start of archery phase actions, e.g. Legolas, Of the Grey Company.
2: Archery actions, e.g. Legolas, Greenleaf, Desert Lord, and Elevated ...

Not counting The One Ring, a character can only bear one ring. The One Ring can be borne in addition to a normal ring, since The One Ring doesn't count as a normal ring.

Keep in mind though that he wouldn't be double enduring (or triple, or quadruple). I think the only use would be to add an extra vitality.

I am sure that you can only do it once per skirmish, because things that trigger at the start of a phase only happen once.
