Because they’re not in the spirit of the game. The object is not, "How can I bend the rules by mixing two very different cards in a freak combo?", but "How can I use these tools effectively?"

Open-Undeniably broken. Infinite Gandalf and Fruit Loops.

I disagree. Decipher said on the card, "place two cards on top". This was intended by Decipher. Therefore, it’s appropriate. They know balance. And Narya’s not going to be coming around very often...

It’s better than Infi Gandalf and Fruit Loops. Or Galadriel with Elvents. Or the Palantir. Or Demoralized + Rapid Reload (still legal in Expanded).
