Yup, there’s no rule against the Ring-bearer wearing another Ring. It’s quite common to see a Ring of Fury on Gimli, Bearer of Grudges against corruption decks, for example.

Your cards can most definitely apply to other player’s cards; see Bib’s post on the first page of this thread! I wasn’t sure if there was a rule preventing you from taking other player’s card...
