I give it a 4. Pretty useful in the right deck, and like BW, I like how this harkens back to cards long ago rotated out. However, if you HAVEN’T rotated such cards out and still play Expanded...

I’m with AC, lem0n, and others: I refuse to vote, mostly because I see this as a very, very lazy way of Big D trying to cover up all its horrible mistakes...and potentially creating even bigger mess...
