Oops. I think Hobbit-Lore was SUPPOSED to be an event and I was just zoning out when I made it.

I’ve always been a big fan of DCs like this, so I think an actual Decipher card was long overdue. Pretty good way to culturally enforce it, too. This gets a 4 from me.
