Eh, it has its cons, which have already been pointed out, but at least it’s a sure thing as long as you can keep it in play. The healing basically gives you a mini-sanctuary for all of Region 2, and...

Oops. Yeah, it was okay as you originally had it. Though maybe, to make it a liitle cleaner, do it like this:
To play, add a burden (unless a companion is the Ring-bearer).
