If Weary was good, this card is just plain neat! With all the fierceness of the Uruk-hai hunters, all you need is some cleaved or final triumph to finish off some companions.

In archery it is awesome, you can grab many miles as it was said, but you can also grab elven marksmanship when you remove a token.

And the +2 last until the end of the turn, so it is effective for fierce skirmishes and the double move, while the event is not. Having +2 on a companion for 4 skirmishes is not bad I would say.
