Quickbeam’s text has been clarified to "or" as well, I think partly because people were arguing that you had to spot BOTH an Ent and an unbound Hobbit to get the reduction.

D’oh... funny how I can get DiT right but Seclusion wrong. I think the stuff on mandatory/voluntary spotting is correct, but of course spotting for Seclusion is a requirement to play the card (again...
