After I noticed that Tharanduil was doing it by hand, I went ahead and wrote a program to AutoLink card images for you. I never did get a response back from Cobra as to whether he could fix it on the ...

Another update! I split the pages into separate indexes for each set, with a grand index for all of the sets. The front page is no longer > 400KB.
