Not as much as wanting but they need to make a Rohan Ring-Bearer to be fair to that culture. So proballly one called

Ive seen alot of people use like a level 3 for 6 and weird stuff like that, DO you have to use example: a site 3 for 3 or can you use it it for anything?

Yeah I see what you mean. But dont they cost money online to?

I don't play the LOTR Online because your paying money for programmed cards you don't literally have them in your hand and can't take them everywhere.

I would just say that the Nazguls are good at that expecially since there are some Morgul orcs that if you spot a nazgul you have to add a burden to assign them to a skirmish
